By accessing and using this site, you have taken to have accepted all the provisions of the Terms. Bookings 1. All payments are non-refundable, non-transferable, and no name changes are permitted. 2. All bookings are final and no changes are permitted. 3. Cancellation is permitted under exceptional circumstances, determined on a case by case basis, and must be made 72 hours before departure. Charges apply. 3.1. Charges are 50% of payment, but a minimal of $50 is payable on all cancellation. 3.2. Any balance left after cancellation is to be held in credit and used within 6 months of the day of first purchase. 4. All prices are in Australian dollars and are subject to change without notice. 5. If bookings cannot be confirmed within 2 business days, notification will be sent via email advising customers of the situation. 6. If there are changes to the original booking, such as a tour cancellation or time changes, email notification will be sent to notify customers of the situation. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability 1. To the fullest extend permitted by applicable law, Daytrip is not liable to you or anyone else for any loss or damaged, however it arises (whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise), which may be directly or indirectly suffered in connection to the access and or use of this website. 2. Tour descriptions are based on information provided by tour providers and are subject to change without notice. We make no warranties as to the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of any material, or as to its merchatability or fitness for a particular purpose.
