This website is owned and operated by Daytrip.com.au (Daytrip). Your access and use of the information, materials, and services provided on this site are subjected to the Internet Booking Terms and Conditions (Terms) as set out. By accessing and using this site, you have taken to have accepted all the provisions of the Terms.


Bookings


1.   All payments are non-refundable, non-transferable, and no name changes are permitted. 
2.   All bookings are final and no changes are permitted.
3.   Cancellation is permitted under exceptional circumstances, determined on a case by case basis, and must be made 72 hours before departure. Charges apply.
3.1. Charges are 50% of payment, but a minimal of $50 is payable on all cancellation.
3.2. Any balance left after cancellation is to be held in credit and used within 6 months of the day of first purchase. 

4.   All prices are in Australian dollars and are subject to change without notice.
5.   If bookings cannot be confirmed within 2 business days, notification will be sent via email advising customers of the situation.
6.   If there are changes to the original booking, such as a tour cancellation or time changes, email notification will be sent to notify customers of the situation.


Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
1. To the fullest extend permitted by applicable law, Daytrip is not liable to you or anyone else for any loss or damaged, however it arises (whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise), which may be directly or indirectly suffered in connection to the access and or use of this website. 
2. Tour descriptions are based on information provided by tour providers and are subject to change without notice. We make no warranties as to the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of any material, or as to its merchatability or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for any errors in the information or if the information is not up-to-date. 

3. We will not be liable for interruptions to this website. 
4. Daytrip does not accept any liability whatsoever caused by events and factors beyond its control; including but not limited to war, floods, acts of Gods, acts of Government, fire, machinery failure, industrial action, and civil disturbance.
5. Any liability of the company for a breach of any provision of the contract of sale or related obligations, to the extent permitted by applicable laws, shall not exceed re-supply or the payment of the cost of re-supply of the service in question.


6. Daytrip's liability in these Terms applies to direct, indirect, consequential, special, punitive or other damages that you or others may suffer. This includes, but is not limited to damages for loss of profit, business interruption, or the loss of data or information, even if we are informed of such possibilities.

1. This website may contain links to, or frame, of external web sites of third parties. Daytrip is not under any obligation to maintain or update the links. Any links or frame of external sites should not be taken as an endorsement, approval, recommendation or preference by Daytrip of the external sites and their contents unless it has been expressly indicated on this web site. 
2. Daytrip does not guarantee and is not liable in relation to materials contained on third party sites. 


Law of Contract
All terms and conditions on this website are subject to the jurisdiction and governed by the laws of the State of Victoria. Any legal action arising under the contract shall be litigated only in the appropriate court having jurisdiction.
